This is a technology developed first in the world by our company. It collects, processes, analyzes, and visualizes sensor data related to compressed air from the work site, and optimizes the operation of air compressors, reducing the defect rate and saving energy costs. Integrated linked control is possible regardless of the brand of air compressors, and integrated control is possible even if the manufacturer uses different air compressors. Compared to the baseline, more than 20% of energy can be saved.

I What is Compressed Air Smart Factory AIRIA?

It is an integrated data system provided to the production site in real time for extracting, monitoring, controlling, and managing data of compressed air and operations statuses of air compressors and facilities. It is a system that saves power costs by providing compressed air optimized for each production site and process.
